The service is top-notch with the front desk manager, Anna, providing excellent hospitality. However, the dining options could be slightly improved, although the fresh local fish is a delight.
The hotel is conveniently located in the center of Hanoi's Old Quarter, offering a peaceful stay despite being close to the vibrant streets. The rooms are cozy with a small balcony to enjoy the surroundings, but some walls showed signs of wear. The service from Anna, the front desk manager, was exceptional. Dining offers a variety of options with a river view, yet the bread could have been better. Overall, a decent value for money option with great hospitality.
